Are OSEA products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all OSEA products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients like beeswax or lanolin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Because we use natural ingredients and essential oils, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your OSEA account to view your order history and current shipping status.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our seaweed skincare reach to more international destinations in the near future.
Are your glass bottles recyclable?
Yes! Sustainability is at our core. Our glass bottles and jars are fully recyclable. We encourage you to rinse them out and remove the pumps or droppers before placing them in your recycling bin.
