At OSEA Malibu, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at a local carrier facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
